REFUNDS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED AT ENGINEERING STORES

April 5th 2020

Refunds for tickets purchased at Engineering Stores will be processed through the form below. Refunds only apply to the cancelled SN shows - Friday March 13th 8pm, Saturday March 14th 2pm* & 8pm. Given the UofT campus closure, refunds will be processed via Interac E-transfers, which will be sent out within 5 calendar days of receiving form submissions.

Ticket holders may choose to donate the cost of their ticket, rather than requesting a refund. Skule Nite is grateful for this, as we rely on ticket sales to cover already-incurred costs such as venue rental, set construction and more. The cancellation of these three shows have caused Skule Nite 2T0 to lose significant revenue.

If you prefer a refund, please fill out this form
The form will close on Sunday April 19th, 2020 at 11:59pm.

A picture of the tickets and valid proof of payment is required for a refund**. Valid proof of payment includes : a receipt from Engineering stores, credit/debit card statement showing the Engineering Stores transaction and name of the person requesting the refund (if receipt is not available).

If you have any questions, please contact skulenite@skule.ca .

* Complimentary frosh tickets are not eligible for a refund.
** Refunds without a valid proof of payment will be processed at the discretion of the Producers.

ATTENTION: SKULE NITE 2T0'S REMAINING SHOWS ARE CANCELLED.

Updated: April 6th 2020

These shows include: 13/03 8:00pm, 14/03 2:00pm and 8:00pm.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Skule Nite 2T0. This unprecedented decision comes in light of the recent recommendation from the university: to cancel or postpone all non-academic due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This show always has been and will continue to be about our audience and we want to do everything in our power to keep everyone safe and healthy. For those fortunate enough to have attended our Wednesday and Thursday shows, thank you for your time and support. For those that were planning to attend on Friday and Saturday, we appreciate your understanding in this matter and cannot wait to see you at next year's show

Refunds for tickets purchased through Eventbrite shall be processed in the next few days. For those who purchased tickets through the Engineering Stores, a refund process shall be sent out by the end of this weekend.

This was not an easy decision to make. Our team of nearly a hundred dedicated volunteers has been working countless hours since the start of May, 2019. We want to thank the cast for every hour of every rehearsal. Hart House Theatre for their support and guidance. The creative team, for writing the sketches and musical numbers that make the show what it is. The band for mastering the unique and memorable arrangements. The crew for ensuring the cast are seen and heard, for the beautifully painted and safe stage, and all the other amazing work they do. The alumni for the many hours they have all chosen to put in. Finally, we would like to thank you, our audience. Skule Nite is meant to be a celebration of the arts in engineering. This show would be nothing without its loving and dedicated audience. Thank you for your time, support, and understanding. We cannot wait to see you next year for our one-hundredth anniversary.
